We have had 3 incredible experiences with Jenifer.
Our first one was 5 years ago. We were brand new to the area having just moved from Abilene, TX. Jenifer was an answer to our prayers as she helped us overcome the shock of the cost of living here. She literally took us by the hand, showed us the area, explained the pros and cons of the different communities to live, and helped us find the perfect home.
Experience number two happened when my wife and I were looking to sell our home and use the profit to pay off some college loans. We sat across from Jenifer at our kitchen table sharing our goals and ideas. It was no surprise to us that before she left, she already had a game plan in making our dream a reality. Jenifer and her team went the extra mile time and time again, showing us grace and patience as we looked at home after home until all numbers worked out and we finally found the right home for us.
Our third experience has been that of a friend. From day one, Jenifer's incredible smile and sweet spirit let us know that we were not only going to have an incredible realtor but a life-long friend. She has celebrated two homes with us, served along side us in church, prayed for us, and has brought joy to our lives. It is no wonder that we have no hesitation to gladly share her name with our friends.

Where do we start? Words are simply not enough to express our sincerest thank you for all you and your associates have done to make our custom dream home become a reality. Without your assistance, we just could not have realized the beautiful home we now live in. There were so many steps in the process that you guided and talked us through, your service and professionalism was absolutely priceless to us both. Building a custom home can be an overwhelming and frustrating procedure, however, our project exceeded all our expectations thanks to you. We can honestly say the best decision we ever made concerning our new home, was affiliation with yourself and your associates. Sharon, Marcus, and Angellica demonstrated the utmost in customer service and professionalism.
First off, we were simply ecstatic that you were able to sell our previous home in only three days, while getting top dollar and our full asking price. This had to be one of the quickest and painless sells we have ever heard of. We had only to show our home for one day and had two contracts immediately. Unbelievable.
Secondly, we just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed and appreciated you showing us all the great pre-owned homes we inspected with you. Additionally, without your assistance, we would not have known about Hunters Creek Estates. We knew the minute we toured the development, that this was the place for us to build our dream home. You just know when it is right. Our discovery of Hunters Creek at that particular time, we also believe to have been most critical to our success. Lastly, we can not thank you enough for showing us the Walker Estates home we eventually patterned our new home after. We knew as soon as we walked in, this was the type home we wished to build for ourselves. Thanks to that discovery we now have the home of our dreams. We were able to inspect this home multiple times which proved invaluable in the design and success of our new home. We appreciate the time you guys spent with us on the Walker Estates Model.
